Description:
The Athlete appealed the status of their selection, as a non-travelling reserve, to the National Sporting Organisations (NSO) 2025 World Championships team. Under the NSO’s Selection Appeals Policy (the Policy), the Athlete appealed their selection status on all available grounds of appeal. On 11 August 2025, the appeal was validated, and on 27 August 2025 the appeal was determined.
The matter was heard by a sole NST Member in the NST General Division. The NST Member considered submissions and evidence from the Athlete and NSO. No submissions or evidence was filed and served by any Interested Parties.
The Athlete failed to make out any ground of appeal under the Policy. Therefore, the appeal was dismissed.
