Description:

Under clause 15.2.2 of Netball Australia’s Conduct and Disciplinary Policy, the Appellant appealed the NST General Division Determination (NST-E25-5202460). 

The appeal was upheld on the basis that no reasonable Tribunal could have imposed the original penalty of, amongst other things, a 10-year ban upon the Respondent from netball activities. 

The Panel determined that the Respondent be issued a lifetime ban from all Netball Victoria and Netball Australia activities including as a coach, spectator and member of any affiliated club or member association.
