Dispute resolution policies fact sheet

The government is now operating in accordance with the Guidance on Caretaker Conventions, pending the outcome of the 2025 federal election.

To assist National Sporting Organisations (NSOs) with providing guidance to their members on the policies developed by the NST to resolve complaints and disputes that fall outside of the National Integrity Framework.
